Yes, indeed, most North American Christians face a very little known persecutions from their governments and societies. However, the Christianity has suffered or choked much by the legalized immoral sexuality and free spreading various spiritualities. Look at the most young people, they commit fornication without shame. Some of them started their sexual life since 12 years old. what a corrupted world. They watch pornographies without fear. secondly, look at the divorce rate among newly married couples, Canda 48%, and the states 53% in 2013. Legal does not mean moral as they have devalued the sacred marriage. About 67% of Canadians claimed to be Christians, about 73% in the United States. You can do the maths to learn how many of them divorced in 2013. Did they forsake the scared marriage they promised before the Lord? Further more, even many gay people went for marriage in some church. How could a Christian populated country to compromise the Truth from the Almighty G-d? When they compromised the Truth to please this world, they sinned against the One and Only G-d. They lost the war that has been right before their eyes, even they did not approve.
If other brothers and sisters were persecuted in other countries for the sake of the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, then in NA, many Christians have been defeated by the corruption of their marriage and even gay marriage. If those persecuted brothers and sisters faced a physical harshness and political imprison, the Christians in North American face a moral and spiritual corruption war. There are two different wars that Satan uses to attack Jesus Christ followers. Anguish much in my heart was that Jesus said, "The path leading to the hell is wide and straight, but the path leading to heaven is shallow and hard to be found." His words cannot be changed. The polled numbers of Christians in NA tell us that many of them cannot go to the new heaven as such large percentage does not agree with the words Jesus said " few ".
If this would be right, then we must be careful on what we listen and see as the devil has infused a terrible deceptiveness among us. He must have sent some wolfs among us as well.
Are the believers in NA more blessed than those persecuted brothers and sisters in other places? If facing the spiritual and moral war are more heavy and terrible, then, they are blessed if they go for the battle. However, many of them gave up, or even surrendered into them.
Based on my experience and understanding from my personal evangelical work, even thundering a thunder in their ears, they could not hear the Truth. Can a cultivated rebuke like "we are not deserve for what we have." make a sufficient difference before and after the sermon?
May the Lord bless you and keep you all who choose to follow Jesus Christ day after day, night after night, until we see Him on that Day. Amen. forever.
